01.Overview
At SperaSync, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By subscribing to SperaSync, you agree to this Refund Policy.
02.7-Day Free Trial
- All new workspaces receive a 7-day free trial period from the date of activation.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- If you are not satisfied after the trial, you can choose not to continue - no charge applies.
- After the trial period ends, your workspace will be locked until payment is received.
03.Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment for any subscription plan.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the Service extensively - specifically, you must not have created more than 5 projects or added more than 3 team members.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date.
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals - only for initial purchases.
- Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.
- Refunds are not provided if your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
04.How to Request a Refund
- Email us at sperasync@gmail.com with subject line: Refund Request - [Your Workspace Name].
- Include your workspace name, registered email and the reason for requesting a refund.
- We will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
05.Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Subscription renewals - ensure you cancel before your renewal date.
- Situations where you have extensively used the Service during the refund request period.
- Cases where the Service was unavailable due to factors outside our control.
06.Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sperasync@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
- Your workspace and data remain accessible until the subscription period ends.
- After cancellation, your workspace will be locked and data will be deleted after 30 days.
- We recommend exporting any important data before cancelling.
07.Upgrade and Downgrade
- You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting us.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment of the difference.
- Plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal period.
- If downgrading would put you over the new plan's limits (e.g. too many users), you will need to reduce usage first.
08.Service Credit
In cases where a refund is not applicable but we have failed to deliver the Service as described, we may offer service credit equivalent to the period of disruption. Service credit can only be applied to future SperaSync subscriptions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
